Hmmm what am I grateful for?

My mother is still vibrant at age 89

Dad died leaving me a massive legacy of Happiness and Hope. 
 He was a Man of his Word.

My daughters are happy, healthy and talkative

My Myasthenia gravis (MG) is dormant, I’m strong and healthy

I have a partner that Loves me and is on my side

I have property assets

I have the ability to travel, live, work and drive 
in any country I choose

I have a thriving career in an industry I enjoy.
This time next year….

Why Computers games work so well

Well, they let you see and feel it now

Want to drive a high end fast car…get a copy of GTA

Want to climb a mountain…get a copy of Horizon Zero Dawn

Want to deep see dive…get a copy of ABZÛ

Don’t stop there though….follow through with the physical world experience.

I’ll be offline for the next few days enjoying

the fruits of my physical world….brb.

Letting the Body Groove

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been giving myself excuses for not hitting the gym; a sore throat, calf muscle strain and left shoulder pains.

Ironically, if I’d been hitting the gym routinely I wouldn’t feel so physically crap.  I’m a casual UK Garage follower so doing a quick cardio workout to Architechs’ Body Groove (September 2000) was perfect today.

I’m back in my own personal mental Dojo (道場 dōjō)

Wondering out of Lazy Obliviousness

Personal Paradox: Trying to rid myself of nearly 5 years of oblivious hostile dependency but more importantly bringing them to a place of self-reliance.

The subject hates the fact that I help them repeatedly yet does nothing to put themselves in a better financial position.  A cycle that will never end.

So I simply left the arena and watched.  GAME OVER.

Isolation mode

Massive titles like Star Wars Battlefront 2 and the Last of Us 2 are set to cause some major disruption to my life this winter.   This is something to plan for.

Almost no calf pain today, not that anyone is asking.

Anyhow, no medication needed.  Decluttering is a constant battle in my life, efforts to create simplicity are complicated daily.  Makes me want to climb up a mountain and find a seat.

Probably, one of the most horrible things to do to someone.

We live and die with our mobiles in our hands, so can be both victim and perpetrator to a crime that is seldom reported and hardly ever reaches Court.
