Explicit bias on your face

Candidate 1
Candidate 2

Explicit bias is often expressed openly and can manifest in various forms, including discriminatory behaviour, language, unfair decision-making, or competition in plain sight. 7+ million viewers witnessed a loaded test where Candidate 1 had bugs over her mouth and Candidate 2 bugs were at chin level.

Both candidates apparently had the same number of bugs in their helmets but the evidence suggests this was not the case.

Candidate 1 was never going to win.

Broken impact

Time to prepare for the Dark Winter. Right now, I seem to break easily well actually my right knee is the weak point. According to Ai, it’s likely that I’ve caused a Meniscus Tear: The meniscus is a piece of cartilage that provides a cushion between your femur (thighbone) and tibia (shinbone). Hurts like a son of a bitch and I’m limping everywhere. It could also be a common grade 1 sprain of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) one of the four major ligaments in the knee that connects the femur (thighbone) to the tibia (shinbone). *Ai certainly makes one sound like an expert in anything.

Past few days I’ve been applying Conservative Treatment: This is usually the first line of treatment for meniscus tears and includes rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) to reduce pain and swelling. Physical therapy can also help strengthen the surrounding muscles and improve the range of motion.

I should be up and running in a few days hopefully as I have my first trip to Edinburgh next week.

STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Still Your Father

A Wondering Star

For the past few years, my unsettled emotional roaming has been constant. Never really pitching up for too long in case I get jumped and attacked. Roaming the Days Gone environment echoes me wondering under the stars.

Next stop Daytona Beach.

DAYS GONE – Leaving stuff under the bed.

Death and Mayhem

I added Drawn to Death™  to my gaming library a few days ago.  Pretty much an aggressive adult online shooter without the military or police theme.

An excellent gaming snack in-between the big titles.

The Art Work is excellently hand-drawn, hence the title.

Small and unapologetic, this title is upfront and clear about what you are getting into.

Time to go for a long walk

Stuck in Limbo

A nice independent title that caught my attention some time ago went on sale for $1.99 so I could hardly give up the chance to dive into Limbo.

Find the way out of LIMBO ™

Pure simplicity is its charm and most of the reviews give it the 4 out of 5 stars. Not bad for a Black and White side-scrolling platform game reminiscent of retro titles.

So far it seems the game is based on Fear.  Angst over isolation, loneliness and the massive uncertainty of what could happen next.

After 5 minutes of playing it has a touch of Unravel ™ where you start to actually care about the fate of your character.

I’ve been stuck in my own personal Limbo for a few years now, not moving forwards or backwards just drifting in-between three worlds.  I’m now forced into taking some uncharacteristic risks.

My name is Very Fucking Confused; what’s your name?
