Very pertinent lyrics as I struggle to recover from chronic Sciatica pain probably caused by 250+ hours on No Man’s Sky and too much computer desk time. A few weeks ago, I could not spell Sciatica and now, because of clean access to knowledge banks, human medical experts and Artificial Intelligence, I know that this extreme pain is nothing special and I should just deal with it.
For me, the inability to walk unaided and the constant pain is something that is hitting me emotionally as well as physically. I feel abandoned and ignored as disingenuous comments are floated my way.
I did not see this coming and had no incident response plan for being incapacitated.
So, during this rehab phase I will queue up a decent plan for next time as this body heads towards end-of-life I need to look at that reality.

Meanwhile, all in-person appointments have been cancelled and I’m on very light duty at work and feeding on Isobutylphenylpropionic Acid aka Ibuprofen. My PS5 has been taken out of service during the rehabilitation stage.
