I was fairly self aware but today I faced up to my obesity and hit the gym for the first time in months. My first steps included confronting my poor eating and sleeping habits, lifestyle, and mindset of denial.
Several things have led to my weight gain in ’23
Working and snacking at home constantly
Comfort eating to escape unhappiness
No regular exercise guilted out of solo training
Looking forward to good things in 2024….Keep on trucking.
Of course, MG raised up and punished me with chronic fatigue after the workout.
A time of natural personal reflection. What did I do right? Where should I improve? What will I never do again? At this stage, I’d rather hibernate and wait for the mandatory depressing January.

If there exists any reasonable hypothesis or explanation, based on the evidence or lack of evidence, that could lead a rational person to doubt the defendant’s guilt, then they must be found not guilty.
If I can be bothered it would take around 5 hours to create a Deepfake Video and cost less than 20 USD. Naturally, it all comes down to identifying a target and baselining your actual objective.
Trust but verify is common advice but it’s harder and harder to verify data or information especially when the unthinkable is actually happening.
