I like to Watch

It’s been around 1.5 decades since I last worn a watch, the steady march of technology made it obsolete in my life as far as the time keeping function goes.  More and more I grew frustrated with no being able to afford the Watch I want.

It’s a good balance to buy what you need not what you want, so I dived in and acquired my first decent timepiece with a rough goal of building up a collection of five.

Watching the protestors take over key London locations was surreal and apocalyptic.  World famous Marble Arch was a ghost town with no vehicles and just zombie protestors going on about climate change.

The Austerity Years [Level completed]

Interesting things happen when you are face down in the dirt. Folk who you thought would help scurry into the sidelines but along the way, you may find someone who helps you focus fire and defeat Boss levels you simply could not complete alone.

For many the most important thing going on is the uncertainty of the UK leaving Europe formally but for millions of gamers it’s the realisation of Division 2 and the randoms who will become real friends over missions, raids and whip outs.

My PS4 Pro will be delivered before launch so now I just need to protect my stash and farm for more loot.

Waking up the bird

It’s been a while since I’ve use the Twitter social channels to communicate or comment on anything.

Twitter stopped being fun for me years ago when people started taking everything literally as truth. What’s more interesting is the weight it carries in judicial and education systems and the massive impact it has on a real-life relationship, job markets.

I’ll be posting with a large disclaimer banner under academic research.

Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2 – Taking a holiday before launch

Start 2019 on a Boss Level

No New Year’s resolutions just a desire to do better, break the Status Quo and ditch the disappointments of 2018.

The New Year always serves are an excellent reset point.  This year it’s really awkward returning back to “normal” life after the past few week Caribbean exploration. I’ll be jumping the highly criticized FallOut 76 universe which was surprisingly reduced in price way ahead of the normal lifecycle.

How bad can it be?

I was gifted The 2017 Resident Evil 7: Biohazard but will hibernate this survival horror and head back to grinding the Division.

Designated as Safe

Whenever there’s a kernel panic it’s natural for services to be re-set and returned to a default state. After the horrendous Christmas travel experience, I finally arrive in Florida…my default State.  This area is designated as Safe….. far from hostiles (close and hidden).

The first line of order….get settled into my emotional baseline and put down all the trauma of 2018. Set sail to re-build my global emergency funds.

Crossing the pond doesn’t just change my location it changes my emotional, physical state and outlook on life.
