Banned again

Yeah, it’s official, the lady in my life totally flipped out because of my Div2 grinding. Of course, this type of behaviour is kinda expected so I banned myself for the next 2 weeks until things cool down a bit.

Meanwhile, I’ll hunt for a Dopamine replacement maybe just read a book or watch a movie.

Gamer’s foot

Holy cow, COVID-19 has been blamed for lots of health issues, mental issues and financial hardship.  I suspect I can’t blame my current case of suspected Oedema in my right foot.  Suddenly swollen ankle probably due to hours of non-stop activity at my workstation / PlayStation 4 and a massive amount of physical inactivity.

So now my rehab consists of hourly foot exercise, Ginger tea, no Fast Food and, when the pain eases, a walk around the block every day.

Today is a Good Day

A New Year, New Job and a New President.  I have nothing but Happy Feelings right now and so proud that the United States of America has been reclaimed. Never let a tyrant into the White House again.

Notably J.Lo singing us into a truly historic moment.

Mr. President, I was you the best of Luck and Health and congratulations.

Democracy has prevailed

Who left the door open?

Seems pointless watching and exploring political fiction nowadays as the sheer horror on CNN makes storming the USA Capital building less thrilling as a Division 2 mission.

I still Love the USA and will be back after the nasty virus is through with us.

Meanwhile, I be dipping into a new looter shooter called “Vigor”. It was released way back in 2018 but I’ve only just become aware of it. Let’s gooooooooo!!!

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 – What have they done?

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Who will guard the guards?

How is the most powerful man in the world recorded and distributed without encryption?

The underlying infrastructure that allowed this is surely at fault as well as the target who blatantly abused power.

Trump’s call to Georgia Secretary of State 2nd Jan 2021

Anyhow, the prospect of getting on a plane before the summer looks slim to none. Firstly, the testing hoops a potential air traveller needs to navigate is staggering, stressful and costly. Once you arrive at your destination it’s like you’ll need to isolate, so what’s the point of travelling there anyway.
