At the highest levels, it can be hard to dodge when political Rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) are coming at you from all angles. The Windrush generation has some vindication by the resignation of the Home Secretary, Amber Rudd. It\u2019s all over the news but I just need to post my 2-cents.<\/p>\n

I can’t help feeling that this resignation will be a negative distraction for actual solutions for the Windrush generation.<\/p>\n

Anger management<\/h4>\n

I was faced with zombie level rage on Saturday and it dawned on me what it was like for the target or even an observer of real life uncontrolled anger.\u00a0 More importantly, looking into the eyes of rage made me reflect on my behaviour.<\/p>\n

A found an interesting reference to a good source of controlling anger<\/p>\n

Below is an approach to anger management used by \r\nDr. Kim Masters, of Charter Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.\r\n<\/span>\r\n1. Admit that you are angry, to yourself and\/or to someone else.<\/span>\r\n\r\n2. Believe you can control your anger. Tell yourself that you can!<\/span>\r\n\r\n3. Calm down. Control your emotions. Take some time for yourself, \r\nbreath deeply, count to ten, cry...<\/span>\r\n\r\n4. Once you actually calm down. Decide how to solve the problem. \r\n<\/span>\r\n5. Express yourself assertively.
